Ms. Toppins represents domestic and international mostly privately-owned companies and has represented hundreds of individual investors and entrepreneurs from all over the world. Her client base extends across the globe, ranging from countries such as Colombia, Argentina, Mexico, Korea, England, Venezuela, Turkey, and Australia.

Brandy Williams

Attorney Brandy Williams is a graduate of Southern University Law Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Prior to working for Toppins Law Firm, P.C., Brandy worked as a legal and corporate consultant for newly formed corporations, in which she assisted in the formulation and organization of corporate infrastructure. She was also an immigration attorney at the Law Office of Sunita Kapoor, PC, in which she represented businesses for both immigrant and non-immigrant benefits, including but not limited to Labor Certification, H-1B, and L-1A/L-1B temporary work visa processing.

Mathilda El Hachem

Mathilda is a law clerk at the Toppins Law Firm, P.C. She brings to Toppins Law Firm, P.C. a wealth of knowledge, skill, and practice. Fluent in French and Arabic, she has an unparalleled level of experience in the field of immigration law, as she has advocated on behalf of her clients both locally and internationally. She has worked on a number of international platforms, lending her proficiency to countless clients, colleagues, and communities across the world.

Mathilda obtained her law degree from Holy Spirit Law School, Beirut Lebanon, concentrating in international law. In 2016, she obtained L.L.M. from the University of Houston Law Center with a concentration in Immigration Law.
